  • Solid Forged Brass: All Estate Knobs, Levers and Roses are manufactured of solid forged brass for maximum strength and durability.
  • Concealed Mounting: Estate Knob and Lever sets offer a concealed mounting system. There are no fasteners visible to accumulate dirt and debris.
  • Easy Installation: The single screw design facilitates quick and secure installation. Since the set screw does NOT carry any torque, there is no tendency for the knob or lever to loosen on the spindle. The spindle is designed to eliminate any problems in locating the trim for 1 3/8" (35mm) or 1 3/4" (49mm) thick doors. Knobs and Levers simply slide onto the spindle which is drilled to receive the set screw.
  • Door Thickness: Estate lock sets fit 1 3/8" (35mm) and 1 3/4" (49mm) doors.
    • Please Note: Unlacquered Brass is a raw brass that is polished and left unlacquered allowing for natural aging over time. Often referred to as a "living finish", unlacquered brass will take on a patina that will vary with exposure to sun, touch, oxygen and other airborne particles. It will age unevenly.
